How long does a custom order take? Most custom monogrammed orders are completed within 2–3 weeks. Rush options are available — please contact us for time-sensitive events.
Can I choose my own thread color and font? Absolutely. We work closely with each client to select the perfect thread colors, monogram styles, fabrics, and finishes to match your vision.
Do you accept fully custom designs or logos? Yes. We regularly digitize wedding crests, family logos, and custom-drawn artwork — including pieces by Shuler Studio. Send us your file and we'll handle the rest.
What is the minimum order quantity? Most monogrammed napkin styles are sold by the dozen. Cocktail and beverage napkins are available in smaller sets. Reach out for bespoke quantities.
